How to use the tool

Choose a template or start with a blank page. Add fields, set validation, test the fill mode and export the result without sending data to a server.

1. Choose a page format or load an existing PDF.
2. Add fields and static elements from the left panel.
3. Set field names, validation, logic and calculations.
4. Switch to fill mode and test every field.
5. Run the checker and download the appropriate format.

Important limitations

• Fillable PDFs may behave differently in different readers.
• A signature drawn with a mouse or finger is an image, not a qualified digital signature.
• Templates are working materials and do not constitute legal advice.
• The form does not collect server-side responses or send email.

FAQ

Are my documents sent to a server?

No. The project, PDF and entered responses are processed locally in the browser.

What is the difference between fillable and flattened PDF?

A fillable PDF has editable fields. In a flattened PDF, values are permanently placed on the page.

Can I add fields to my own PDF?

Yes, for typical unencrypted documents. Unusual or protected files may require another tool.

Does the exported HTML form send responses?

No. It works locally and lets the user save responses to JSON.
